The project is based on maximizing the use of the site by arranging a central pedestrian street and placing the housing strips along the party walls.
In this way, maximum natural light and ventilation are achieved for all interior spaces. Access is from the pedestrian street—the true heart of the project—featuring rest areas, trees, and lighting.

Aligned with the existing zoning, the project proposes one-, two-, and three-bedroom units on the ground floor and across four floors. Parking is arranged along Irala Street, without affecting the proposal’s pedestrian character.
The structural system is reinforced concrete, with all wall planes built in masonry. The final image introduces a certain colorful character, referencing the neighborhood of La Boca.
