The development proposes the creation of a cultural and commercial tourist circuit that allows visitors to experience and appreciate the customs of La Pampa and rural life.
Our design premise was to respect the architecture of the Pavilion, enhancing the value of its original nobility.

The scheme emphasizes and gives hierarchy to the Pavilion’s transverse axis, dominated by the central barrel vault, generating two areas separated by an interior dry plaza, which we defined with rustic quebracho railroad ties paving suitable for horse traffic.
