It is a 7,000 m² high-complexity clinic located in the Almagro neighborhood, at the corner of Avenida Díaz Vélez and Yatay. The building is dominated by the color white, both inside and on the façade facing the avenue, with white-tinted glazing. The bar overlooks the avenue, as does the double-height lobby.

An existing Banco Patagonia structure was reused and expanded to accommodate rooms for more than 100 patients, five operating rooms, an intensive care unit, outpatient clinics, a hemodynamics unit, and, on the first basement level, a state-of-the-art diagnostic center.
On the second basement level are the mechanical rooms, maintenance areas, laundry, kitchen, and pharmacy. Administrative and executive offices are located on the top two floors.
