The building was constructed by repurposing the structure of an old factory. This 100-meter-long frame leaves open courtyards on both sides for daylight and natural ventilation. The guest rooms were arranged around these perimeter open spaces, transformed into true garden terraces.

The common areas are organized in the central zones of the floor plan, puncturing the existing structure with two large circular courtyards that allow natural light to enter.
The appearance of both the façade and the interior courtyards respects the building’s industrial origins through white surfaces with vertical windows, as well as the use of exposed concrete as a new material.
The proposed proportions and materials convey a contemporary architectural language. The final image is one of modern technology—aluminum, glass, and concrete—clearly expressing both the architectural and structural design.
