The house is developed on two levels with a clearly linear scheme.
The facade facing the entrance is a 20-meter-long stone wall. The spirit of solidity was pursued with conviction. From this point on, the house is essentially a prism with an exposed concrete roof that forms a large entrance portico. The face parallel to the stone wall is a glazed plane that clearly opens the views of all the rooms toward the sea.
